Terms of service for driving schools
These terms govern the paid use of Autoscuola Quiz by driving schools. Students use Autoscuola Quiz for free and are not a party to this contract.

Who provides the service
Autoscuola Quiz is provided by Gancio LLC, 632 N 2nd St #72, Philadelphia, PA 19123, USA. For any communication write to privacy@gancio.xyz.
The service
Students practise with quizzes and exam simulations; by linking to your driving school with the invite code they let you follow their progress from the dashboard: exam list, students, mistakes by topic and simulation history.
The exam light is an indicator based on simulations: it does not guarantee passing the exam, and the decision to enrol a student stays with the driving school.
Plans and seats
A seat is taken by each student linked to your driving school and not archived. When the seats are full no new student can link: you can archive students who have finished, freeing their seats, or move to a bigger plan.
- Base: €50 a month, up to 10 students and 1 admin;
- Standard: €100 a month, up to 20 students and 2 admins;
- Plus: €150 a month, up to 50 students and 3 admins;
- custom plans, for more students, on request.
Free trial
Every new driving school gets a 30-day free trial, no card needed. At the end of the trial, unless you choose a plan, no new student can link; the students already linked and their data stay visible in the dashboard.
Payment and invoices
- prices exclude VAT and are paid monthly in advance, renewing automatically;
- payment goes through Stripe: card data is handled by Stripe and we never see it;
- invoices, payment method and plan changes are managed in the billing portal, reached from the dashboard (Plan & team);
- if a payment fails the service stays active while Stripe retries; if the subscription is closed for non-payment, no new student can link until you choose a plan again.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the month already paid and does not renew; months already paid are not refunded. After cancelling, the dashboard and the data of students already linked stay available, but no new student can link.
Students' personal data
For the data of linked students you see in the dashboard, the driving school is the controller and Gancio LLC is the processor (art. 28 GDPR): we process it only to provide you with the service, following these instructions, with staff bound to confidentiality and the security measures described in the privacy notice.
Our providers (sub-processors) are listed in the privacy notice. We help you answer students' requests about their data and notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach. When the contract ends, on your request, we remove the link between the students and your driving school; the students' accounts remain theirs.
Changes
If we change these terms or the prices we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree you can cancel before the changes take effect.
